Our 12mm Solid Surface Shower Bases are precision manufactured to deliver a sleek, low-profile shower solution without compromising on performance or compliance. Fully customisable up to 1000mm x 1200mm, each base can be tailored to suit your project requirements, including completely custom outlet positioning.

OUTLET POSITION
To ensure compliant drainage performance in accordance with AS3740, outlet placement must maintain a minimum setback of 120mm from the outside edge of the base to the centre of the outlet. This allows the shower base to achieve a compliant fall to waste while maintaining the clean, architectural aesthetic expected of premium bathroom design.
Crafted from durable, 100% non-porous solid surface material, our 12mm bases combine minimalist design with exceptional functionality, making them ideal for modern residential and architectural applications.

All Formed Solid Surface shower bases are fully customisable, allowing you to specify wall lips, screen lips, or lipless edges on any side to suit your installation and design requirements.

Lip profiles add approximately 10mm to the overall height of the shower base and are designed to assist with waterproofing integration and shower screen installation where required.

We also offer partial lip configurations, enabling lip profiles to extend along only a nominated section of a side. For example, on a 1000mm side, you may specify a 500mm wall lip with the remaining 500mm left lipless to accommodate an open-entry or level-access design.

WALL LIP PROFILE
10mm high external wall lip designed for wallboard, with an internal 25mm-wide wall lip to support tiles. Precision-formed for a neat junction between wallboard and tiled surfaces, this profile provides reliable edge protection, a secure tile bearing, and a clean, professional finish. Manufactured from durable materials for long-term performance in wet and high-traffic areas. Suited to bathrooms, kitchens and commercial installations where a defined transition and strong tile support are required. Easy to install and trim on-site to accommodate varying thicknesses. Available in multiple finishes to match surrounding materials.
NO LIP PROFILE
A no lip profile provides a clean, minimalist edge while maintaining a compliant fall to the waste. The continuous surface ensures water runs directly toward the drain, meeting drainage requirements without a raised lip. Ideal for contemporary wet areas and accessible installations, this profile simplifies cleaning and creates an uninterrupted aesthetic while delivering reliable performance. Materials and installation must be specified to achieve the required slope and drainage compliance.

The major difference between standard solid surface and AcryMed is its integrated zinc-based antibacterial technology.
This antibacterial additive is embedded into the raw material during manufacturing rather than applied as a surface coating. That means the protection remains throughout the material and cannot wear off through normal use or refinishing.

AcryMed is not a disinfectant and does not protect users from disease-causing bacteria.
Instead, the antimicrobial technology protects the product surface itself from bacterial degradation, odours and staining between cleaning cycles. Regular cleaning and disinfection procedures are still required.

Formed offers custom solid surface vanity tops designed to suit a wide range of basin styles, creating a tailored solution for every bathroom project. Manufactured from premium Meganite solid surface material, our vanity tops are durable, non-porous, renewable and easy to maintain.
Each vanity top is made to order and can be manufactured to almost any size, allowing seamless integration with your chosen cabinetry and basin configuration. With a large selection of contemporary colours available, you can create a finish that perfectly complements your space.
Choose from our range of 10 basin styles, including 3 top mount/undermount and 7 undermount options, or select a vanity top only. All basins are available in Snow White and include a complete accessory kit with a chrome pop-up waste, or optional pop up waste with a solid surface cap. Undermount basins also include integrated overflow systems, with all fittings compliant to Australian Standards.
