Can I customise the lips on all sides of my shower base?Yes. Our shower bases are fully customisable, allowing you to select wall lips, screen lips, or no lips on any side to suit your installation requirements.Your initial quote is indicative only. If you choose to proceed, you will be asked to complete a custom order form confirming your preferred lip configuration.Lips add approximately 10mm to the overall height of the base. We also offer partial lip options, allowing you to specify a lip along only part of a side. For example, on a 1000mm length, you may choose 500mm with a lip and the remaining 500mm without.
The outlet location will be confirmed on your custom order form once you decide to proceed following your quote.Within your quote, we provide a selection of outlet types to choose from. The most suitable option will depend on your substrate type and the level of access available to the installation area.
All of our shower bases are made to order, with no stock held on hand. This ensures each base is fully customised and manufactured specifically to suit your individual requirements.
Our bases are designed so there is no need to rebate or check them into the wall. Each base is manufactured with 10mm wall lips on your selected sides, allowing the base to sit neatly against the wall studs. The wall sheeting is then installed directly over the lip, ensuring a clean and secure finish.
Tiled showers have multiple grout lines that can trap dirt, moisture, and bacteria, and require ongoing cleaning and maintenance as grout can crack and discolour over time. Solid surface offers a seamless, non-porous alternative with no grout lines, making it far more hygienic, easier to clean, and more resistant to cracking and impact, resulting in a longer-lasting, low-maintenance solution.
Production will commence once a deposit has been received. Standard turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on your location and freight arrangements.
